When you see a 'spanner' symbol or if you've noticed anything that needs some work, book here to have your bike serviced. Services are available Tuesday - Friday.
Your subscription covers all maintenance but doesn't include damage or excessive wear because of lack of maintenance. In particular keep an eye out for rusty or noise drive chain, tyres under-inflated or any new noises!
You can drop your bike from 8:45am and it is usually ready that afternoon. We close at 5:30 but appreciate an earlier pick up, if possible!
We usually have a loaner bike available if you need to borrow another bike while we work on yours. Please request that prior to bringing your bike in so we can check availability and have it ready. Loaner bikes are just available on the day of your booked service.
If you ride in the rain often and would like to take a bottle of chain lube away for free, just ask us when you pick up your bike.
